Fusion Engine and Fuel Economy

The Fusion S has a 2.5-liter 4-cylinder generating 175-hp and 175 lb.-ft. of torque and is paired with a 6-speed automatic transmission. The fuel economy is estimated at 21 miles per gallon in the city, 31 mpg on the highway and 25 mpg in combined driving.

The V6 Sport model naturally has a V6 engine. It's a 2.7-liter unit turbocharged to produce 325-hp and 380 lb.-ft. of torque. It is paired with a 6-speed automatic transmission with paddle shifters and has AWD. Fuel consumption estimates are 17 mpg city/26 mpg hwy/20 mpg combined.
