At this time when the news is dominated by Coronavirus (COVID-19), we wanted to reach out and let you know that we are vigilantly implementing enhanced protocols to ensure your safety when visiting our businesses. Each day, we closely monitor and analyze developments and statements from local, national and international health agencies, and we are taking actions to comply with their directives which are based on facts and medical science.

Our Service Department, Quick Lane, and Parts Department employees pride themselves in keeping all of our local Healthcare, Emergency, and First Responder vehicles on the road at full capacity during these unprecedented times. Their job is to make sure these vehicles can get to you, if and when, an emergency occurs. For a limited time, If you are experiencing a problem with your vehicle, please let us know. Ford of Dalton’s all new vehicle pickup and delivery option, plus same day brake/oil change and other Quick Lane services are also available for you when needed. We care about our employees and you, the customer, so we offer these services only while keeping to Ford's high COVID-19 safety standards. We are taking great strides to make sure our facility is cleaned on an hourly basis, followed by deep cleaning each evening. Each employee’s temperature is taken daily and the use of gloves when entering and working on customers' vehicles. Although we are not requiring customers to wear masks, our employees in both sales and service will be wearing masks when assisting our customers.
