President's Award

The Ford President’s Award is one of Ford Motor Company’s most prestigious awards and recognizes Dealers achieving the highest levels of customer satisfaction in their respective Customer Viewpoint Group.

Ford of Dalton has been recognized by Ford Motor Company with the tremendous achievement of earning the 2022, 2023 and 2024 President’s Award, for three straight years!

The President’s Award is only awarded to the top-performing Ford dealerships in the country that exhibit quality business practices and Ford’s core principles. Only 10% of the approximately 3,000 Ford dealerships achieved the 2024 President’s Award.

The main qualifiers for this award are reaching or exceeding sales goals, high customer satisfaction and maintaining unwavering focus on success. This award recognizes everyone on our team for their outstanding efforts for our customer’s continued dedication.
